Liyang (Changzhou)

Liyang ( Chinese 溧阳市 , Pinyin Lìyáng Shì ) is a Chinese city in Jiangsu Province . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Changzhou in the south of the province. In 1999 it had 781,430 inhabitants. It used to be a circle ( 溧阳县 ).
