Loch Iorsa is a lake on the Scottish island of Arran . It is located in the middle of the Glen Iorsa valley about 3.5 km from the west coast of the island. Loch Iorsa is the largest lake in Glen Iorsa and is traversed by the River Iorsa Water, which flows ten kilometers northeast from Loch na Davie and about 3.5 km downstream into Kilbrannan Sound . It is about 700 m long, a maximum of 100 m wide and extends in a west-southwest direction.
Iorsa Water and especially Loch Iorsa are great for salmon and trout fishing. A fish weir is installed at the drain . Various hiking routes with different degrees of difficulty lead along Loch Iorsa.
