The Lohnsteuerhilfe Baden-Württemberg e. V. (LohiBW) is a wage tax aid association founded in 1968 whose advice centers are exclusively in Baden-Württemberg . With over 175,000 members, it is, according to its own information, the wage tax aid association with the most members within Baden-Württemberg.
history
Income tax aid Baden-Württemberg e. V. was founded on July 13, 1968 by seven members. The association was first entered in the register of associations on August 12, 1968 in Leonberg . On February 17, 1972, the seat of the association was relocated to Stuttgart and entered in the register of associations of the Stuttgart District Court. In 2018, the Baden-Württemberg income tax aid celebrated its 50th anniversary and has over 175,000 members.

The income tax aid association prepares the income tax return for employees, pensioners and retirees within the framework of a membership limited according to § 4 No. 11 Tax Advisory Act .

The majority of the advice centers and employees are certified by the certification association of Lohnsteuerhilfevereine e. V. (ZVL) certified according to DIN 77700. As one of the founding members of the ZVL, Lohnsteuerhilfe Baden-Württemberg e. V. strives to ensure the high quality standard of the consulting services through regular checks. As part of this, the focus is on both the tax knowledge of the consultants and the work processes in the local advice centers.

The services of LohiBW can only be used by association members and only within the limits of Section 4 No. 11 of the Tax Advisory Act . Employees, pensioners, civil servants and dependents are therefore the target group. The membership fees are staggered according to social aspects and cover all services.
