Loki-Dart version

Loki is the name of an uncontrolled US sounding rocket that was used in particular for meteorological experiments. The Loki was launched at least 191 times between February 7, 1956 and December 30, 1985. The Loki had a peak height of 30 kilometers, a launch thrust of 9.03 kN, a launch mass of 13 kilograms and a diameter of 76 millimeters. The Loki was 2.63 meters long and had a fin span of 0.33 meters.

In addition to the standard Loki, there were also some modifications, for example the Loki Dart , whose dart top could reach a greater height than the Loki itself. The Loki was further developed into the Super Loki .
