Guangdong Long Hao Aviation Co., Ltd (IATA: GI, ICAO: LHA) is a Chinese cargo airline. It was founded in August 2015 with a registered capital of 400 million yuan (around € 51 million) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangdong Longhao Group Co.
history
In August 2015, Guangdong Longhao Aviation Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, was registered with the registered capital of 400 million RMB. The company has Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as its main operating base. On June 8, 2016, approved CAAC officially preparing for the establishment of the Guangdong Longhao Aviation Co., Ltd .
In November 2016, the company received a business license from the Chinese state. One month later, the modification of the company's first Boeing 737-300F and a successful test flight was completed. March 2017 the company received the certificate from the Chinese Ministry of Transport.
On March 29, 2017, Long Hao Airlines successfully completed the maiden flight between Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and Nantong Xing Dong International Airport.
By October 2017, 9 freight routes had been opened.
