Court of Appeal (England and Wales)
The Court of Appeal is a court of appeal , based in London , the England and Wales and next to the High Court of Justice (High Court) and the Crown Court (ICC) of the Senior Courts of England and Wales is. Since the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, only the Supreme Court stands above him ; previously this task was with the House of Lords .

The Court of Appeal is divided into two divisions, the Civil and the Criminal Division . The Civil Division is headed by the Master of the Rolls , the Criminal Division by the Lord Chief Justice . The court also has 28 judges who decide in sections of three judges each.
tasks
The Court of Appeal is the appeals court and reviews judgments of lower instances for legal errors; it is bound by the factual findings of the lower court.
