Lorraine Fouchet (born October 22, 1956 in Neuilly-sur-Seine ) is a French writer . In Germany she was a. a. known for a hundred ways to change one's life .

Life

Lorraine Fouchet was born on October 22, 1956 in Neuilly-sur-Seine as the daughter of Christian Fouchet . She grew up bilingual (French and English) and also learned Russian, Latin and Italian. She attended the Institut de La Tour in Paris and the Sainte Marie de Neuilly. Fouchet also went to school in Copenhagen and London. In June 1974 she graduated from high school. Her father died a month later, at his request she studied medicine at the CHU Necker Enfants Malades in Paris from 1974 to 1982. Then she worked as an emergency doctor.

In 1977 Fouchet began writing novels. One hundred ways to change one's life was awarded the Maison de la Presse press award and became a bestseller in France.
