Louis-Daniel Perrier (* 1818 in Paris ; † 1903 ) was a Swiss architect . He is the father of the politician of the same name Louis Perrier .
Perrier studied in Paris and Berlin before moving to Neuchâtel in Switzerland in 1848 . From 1849 to 1863 he worked as an architect for the cantonal government. He then became the city's building director.
Louis-Daniel Perrier became known, among other things, through the house of the chocolate manufacturer Philippe Suchard and the new church of Les Brenets , built in 1859 .
