Louise Dumont Topaz

The Louise Dumont Topas is aggregated into beads gold topaz Necklace, the actor Gustav Lindemann in 1932 in memory of his wife Louise Dumont donated as a prize for German-speaking actresses. Louise Dumont had received the jewelry, a topaz set in pearls with a necklace, as a gift from Queen Charlotte of Württemberg , with whom she was on friendly terms.

Gustav Lindemann himself determined that the topaz would be returned to the Dumont-Lindemann Archive in Düsseldorf after the death of the respective owner and that the archive's board of trustees would determine the future bearer by majority vote. The award is awarded for life.
