Love Celeb ( Japanese ラ ブ セ レ ブ , Rabu Serebu ) is a manga series by the Japanese illustrator Mayu Shinjo . The manga can be assigned to the Shōjo genre. There were also three radio plays accompanying the manga .

16-year-old Nakazono Kirara wants to become a famous singer and radio play speaker. After a series of failures, her manager Hanamaki Ryōtaro invites her to a so-called "Love Celeb" . Many directors and producers go to such a party. She should now sell her body to someone in order to get a role. But that's too much for Kirara, who is still a virgin. An unknown silver-haired man who calls himself gin saves her from this situation.

But then it turns out that Gin is also interested in them. However, he then leaves her alone and gives her his phone number. The next day, however, it is the talk of the town all over Tokyo . It turns out that Gin is Ginzo Fujiwara , an influential businessman in show business. He is said to be the "most powerful man in Japan", grandson of a prime minister and son of a wealthy businessman and politician. He is ambitious and believes that money can buy anything.

In the end, Ginzō Kirara confesses his love for her.

The manga by Mayu Shinjo was published by Shogakukan in Shōjo Comic magazine from May 1, 2004 to 2006. The more than 1300 pages long story was also published in seven tankōbon (anthologies).

Akiko published the first three volumes in France . The series has been published by Egmont Manga and Anime in German since June 2008, and seven volumes have been published to date.

radio play

A radio play accompanying the manga was released on three CDs , two of which were released in Japan in 2005 and one in 2006.
