history

After the end of the Korean War , Jeju Island became a popular honeymoon destination . Since sex before marriage is still taboo in Korea , especially for women, the newlyweds only get to know each other better during their honeymoon. As a result, there are a variety of facilities devoted to sexual education on the island .

In 2002, graduates from Hongik University in Seoul began creating sculptures for the park, which opened on November 16, 2004.

A tour of the park takes about an hour. Access to the park is permitted from the age of 18 years.
