The Lowry Bluff is a 1070 m cliff in East Antarctica Victoria Land . In the Eisenhower Range it forms the eastern branch of the Nash Ridge .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1959 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names renamed it in 1968 after the biologist George Lowry, of 1965 to 1966 on the McMurdo station operates was.
