Lubbert from Ramsberg

Lubbert von Ramsberg (* in the 14th century; † 14th century) was a Roman Catholic clergyman and canon in Münster and an official of Bishop Ludwig II .

Life

Lubbert von Ramsberg came from the family of the Lords of Ramsberg ( knighthood ) and was the son of the knight Gerhard von Ramsberg. There is no information about his mother. He was first mentioned on March 25, 1532 as the Münster canon and official of the Münster bishop. He was a pastor in Borken and owned by the Archdeaconate Lünen. The office of the official, who was responsible for the administration of justice in the name of the bishop, he exercised until 1356. As canon he remained in office until 1376. Lubbert was a member of the Domkaland. The sources do not provide any information about his further life.
