Lucas López , full name Lucas Martín López Quintana , (born May 5, 1994 in Tacuarembó ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.92-meter-tall defensive player López has been part of the squad of Tacuarembó FC, based in northern Uruguay , at least since the Apertura 2015 . There he made his debut under coach Jorge Moncecchi on August 23, 2014 in the 1: 2 home defeat against Centro Atlético Fénix with a starting eleven in the Primera División . In the 2014/15 season he played in a total of five top division games (no goal). After relegation at the end of the season, he played eight times (no goal) in the league in the second division season 2015/16. At the beginning of July 2016, he moved to the first division club Centro Atlético Fénix, for whom he played five first division games (one goal) and two games (no goal) in the 2016 Copa Sudamericana in the 2016 season .
