Lucius Granius Castus

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lucius Granius Castus was a Roman politician living in the 2nd century AD .

A military diploma dated April 25, 142, shows that Castus 142 was a suffect consul with Tiberius Iunius Iulianus . His name is also partially preserved in the Fasti Ostienses . He is probably identical to a Granius Castus who served as a legatus under Publius Stertinius Quartus , the governor of the province of Asia in 126/127.
