Lucius Passienus Rufus

Lucius Passienus Rufus was a Roman politician and senator .

Passienus was the son of a declamator (speech artist) Passienus. In the year 4 BC Passienus became ordinary consul . His services during his proconsulate in the province of Africa , where he put down riots, were - possibly in the year 3 BC. - rewarded with the ornamenta triumphalia .
