Lucky Logic

Lucky Logic is a programming tool for fischertechnik's computing models . It uses a graphic programming language for this .

The first version appeared in 1991 for IBM-PC ( DOS ), Atari ST and Amiga as part of the Profi Computing kit .

The electronic components of the models are addressed via an interface connected to the computer . For example, there is also the corresponding graphic module in Lucky Logic for motors or buttons. The modules can be linked on the screen in the style of a flowchart and assigned tasks.

Lucky Logic for Windows , or LLWin for short, is used for the following computing modules . The Windows version of Lucky Logic supports real-time processing and almost any number of subroutines . In addition, blocks can now also be copied and moved.

As of version 2.1, the new serial intelligent interface is supported, which was launched in 1997 with the "Mobile Robots" kit. The previous parallel universal interface can still be used.

In 2000 the last version appeared with LLWin 3.0. Only a few patches were released over the years . New features compared to version 2.1 include a revised appearance, improved user friendliness and the memory for program processing in the so-called online mode has increased tenfold.

Lucky Logic for Windows is based on the iCon-L software from ProSign (Prozess Design GmbH). The successor software ROBO Pro (which is not compatible with LLWin ) is used in the computing models from 2004 onwards .
