Ludwig Hoffmann (* around 1845 ; † after 1902 ) was a stage actor .
Life
This meritorious actor worked from 1856 to 1891, the year in which he retired, in Warmbrunn, Sondershausen, Chemnitz, Krefeld, Breslau and above all at the Hoftheater Braunschweig, where he also celebrated his twenty-five-year service anniversary and in recognition of his services to Honorary member was appointed. Hoffmann excels in the father's subject and in comic character roles, and should be mentioned from his large repertoire: "Musikus Müller", "Father Barbeaud", "Klosterbruder" etc. He had taken up his permanent residence in Wiesbaden.
