Luis Scrinzi

Luis Scrinzi († 1890 ) was a builder in South Tyrol.

Career

Scrinzi worked temporarily with Ignaz Vaja . In 1887 he said goodbye with an advertisement in the Bolzano daily newspaper and recommended Hans Madeín and Ignaz Vaja as his successors .

Buildings (selection)

Here is a list of buildings from his hand in Bolzano:

  • 1884 Villa Wilhelma; bought from Mrs. Wendlandt; Apartments for spa guests were built into the villa. Today after the reconstruction of the staff house of the ducal palace.
  • 1884 together with Otto v. Mayrhauser: Construction of the three villas on the mountain slope in M.-Pacher-Straße: Villa Edelweiß, Villa Bavaria, Villa Schöneck. Formerly intended for spa guests, now private apartments; Today no longer with the villa name, but simply house numbers 16, 18 and 20. Villa Schöneck is now one floor higher.
  • 1885 Two-story house on the corner of Waltherstrasse and Schlernstrasse in the Bozen new town. (Schlernstraße is today Marconistraße, Waltherstraße is today Carduccistraße)
