Lump Sum Turnkey Contract

A lump-sum turnkey contract (LSTK, from English lump-sum turnkey contract , in German about turnkey flat-rate contract ) is a type of contract in plant construction in which a plant is handed over turnkey at a contractually fixed price. With an LSTK contract, the financial risk lies with the contractor.
