Tildenville is directly adjacent to the town of Winter Garden and is approximately 15 km west of Orlando . The CDP is affected by the Florida's Turnpike .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 511 inhabitants were distributed over 449 households. The population density was 567.8 inh / km². 16.6% of the population identified themselves as white , 78.3% as African American and 2.0% as Asian Americans . 1.4% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.8% to several ethnic groups. 10.4% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .
