Lungau Eachtling

Lungauer Eachtling ( Ächtleng , Eachtleng or Eachtling ) is a designation of origin for the potatoes grown in the Tamsweg district in the Salzburg region . As a geographical region, the Lungau is congruent with the Tamsweg district.

The term comes from the dialect and refers to the name potatoes . The special thing about the fruit is said to be that it has a particularly high quality and is therefore very popular in the culinary world.
