The city of Luoding ( Chinese  罗 定 市 , Pinyin Luódìng Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Guangdong . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Yunfu . Luoding has an area of ​​2300 km² and has 1.09 million inhabitants (2003).
