Xinxing (Yunfu)
Xinxing County ( Chinese 新兴县 , Pinyin Xīnxīng Xiàn ) is a county in the Chinese province of Guangdong . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Yunfu . Xinxing has an area of 1,520 km² and a population of 450,000 (2003). Its main town is the large community of Xincheng (新 城镇).
During the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) and the Qing Dynasty (1644–1911), Xinxing was ruled by Zhaoqing Prefecture (Chinese: 肇慶 府).

At the community level, the district is made up of twelve large communities.
