The Luoyang Museum ( Chinese  洛陽 博物館  /  洛阳 博物馆 , Pinyin Luòyáng Bówùguǎn ) is the largest museum in Luoyang and exhibits one of the most important collections about the Tang Dynasty . The museum was founded in the suburbs in 1958, and in 1973 it was relocated to a new exhibition building in the city center. The third building of the museum, completed in 2009, is a symbol of the city and offers a total of 620,000 m² of exhibition space.
