Lusbarg

The Lusbarg is a burial mound in southern Franzenburg , a part of the Altenwalde district of Cuxhaven , after which a street is named.

origin of the name

Lus comes from Lu / Lusch for "reed / swamp" (not louse) and Barg for "hill", ie an elevation in a damp environment.
