The Luserfall is a waterfall on the southern roof of the Dachstein massif in Ennstal , Styria . It is located between Weißenbach (municipality of Haus) on the Enns and Rössing in the municipality of Haus , and is designated as a natural monument .
The Luserfall is a steep step of the Luserbach , which flows from the Luserwand of the Miesberge over the Weißenbach (Ramsaubach) to the Enns. It is located at an altitude of 960 m above sea level. A. , unreasonable in the forest. The waterfall overcomes two gradients with about 40 m.
The Luserfall is designated as a natural monument over a length of 60 meters ( NDM.1374 , nature conservation book: St-GB-035 / Ramsau am Dachstein, KG Weißenbach), with 226 m². The monument is right on the border of the buffer zone of the UNESCO World Heritage area of cultural landscape Hallstatt – Dachstein / Salzkammergut .
The waterfall can be reached on a steep path from the L752 Rössingstraße (2 km west of Weißenbach) to the Burgstaller inn (2½ km east of Rössing).
