Lutz Hoffmann (judge)

Lutz Hoffmann (* 1957 in Aurich ) has been President of the Bremen Finance Court since 2002 .

After completing his legal training, Hoffmann joined the tax administration of the State of Bremen in 1988, where he last worked as deputy head of the tax department of the Senator for Finance in the rank of Senate Councilor.

In May 2002 Hoffmann moved to the Bremen Finance Court as a judge . In December of the same year he was appointed President of the court to succeed Hans-Jürgen Ziemann .
