Lutz Koch (politician)

Lutz Koch (born January 13, 1938 in Duisburg , † June 4, 2009 ) was a German SPD politician .

education and profession

Lutz Koch attended elementary school and trained as an electrician. In 1956 he passed the journeyman's examination. He completed six semesters at the technical evening school with a subsequent final examination as an electrical engineer. From 1964 he worked in data processing (programming and system analysis) as a main group leader.

politics

Koch had been a member of the SPD since 1962. In 1960 he became a member of the metal industry union.

From May 28, 1975 to May 28, 1980, Lutz Koch was a directly elected member of the 8th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 079 Dinslaken.
