Lynx (unit)

Lynx Commando (Slovak officially Útvar osobitného určenia Prezídia Policajného zboru , abbreviation ÚOU P PZ , German Department of Special Provisions of the Presidium of the Police Corps) is the special unit of the Slovak police .

The force was established in 1993 and its tasks and powers are regulated by regulation NR SR č.171 / 1993. The unit commander reports directly to the Presidential Office of Slovakia. She is a member of the ATLAS network .
