MÁV series Cmot

In the Hungarian railcar series MÁV series Cmot some railcars of the first generation in were Magyar Államvasutak (MÁV) queued responsible for the Czechoslovak State Railways were manufactured (CSD) and as a result of the events of World War II arrived on Hungarian soil and there redesignated and were used.

Sub-series

Specifically, these are the series MÁV Cmot 201–202 , MÁV Cmot 210–215 , MÁV Cmot 220–224 , MÁV Cmot 225 , MÁV Cmot 230–232 and MÁV Cmot 250 .

MÁV Cmot 201-202

The MÁV Cmot 201–202 was previously the ČSD series M 120.1 . From this equipped with track undercarriage Omnibus two vehicles arrived at the MÁV. There are no documents about missions.

MÁV Cmot 210-215

Under the designation MÁV Cmot 210–215 , six railcars of the ČSD series M 122.0 reached Hungarian soil. There is also no data on the further use of this series.

MÁV Cmot 220–224

These are Tatra tower cars of the ČSD series M 130.2 , of which five copies with the designation MÁV Cmot 220–224 came to the MÁV. There is no information about their further use.

MÁV Cmot 225

The MÁV Cmot 225 railcar was originally the ČSD M 130 323 . In 1951 the car was decommissioned and used in a sidecar of the Budapesti Helyi Érdekü Vasutak , BHÉV with a tower.

MÁV Cmot 230–232

From the ČSD series M 131.0 three diesel-electric railcars of the ČSD came to Hungary in 1945 and were given the designation MÁV Cmot 230–232 .

MÁV Cmot 250

One of the ČSD class M 242.0 railcars reached Hungary during the war and operated as the MÁV Cmot 250 for a while .
