The Mönchwald tunnel is a 600 meter long road tunnel near Kelsterbach in the Groß-Gerau district in Hesse . The structure, which was opened in 2010 and is located southwest of Kelsterbach, is part of the K 152 district road. This under the name of Okrifteler Straße in a north-northwest / south-southeast orientation under the northwest runway (07R / 25L) of Frankfurt Airport . The Mönchwaldtunnel has a tube with one lane in each direction and with a walking and cycling path.
