MA Kharafi & Sons ( Mohamed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi and Sons Company ) is a Kuwaiti global company with headquarters in Kuwait City .

The company was founded in 1956. MA Kharafi & Sons operates as a conglomerate, among other things in the media industry, in the construction sector, in the real estate market, in the telecommunications industry, as a restaurant operator and in the tourism industry. The company's founder was also a co-founder of the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK).

The Forbes magazine put his son Nasser Al-Kharafi, the former majority shareholder, with an estimated fortune of 10.4 billion $ in 2011 at No. 77 a list of the richest men in the world.

Nasser Al-Kharafi died in Cairo in April 2011. His son Fawzi Al-Kharafi followed him.
