The MIÉNK (Magyar Impresszionisták és Naturalisták Köre ) was the Hungarian society of impressionists and naturalists . It was founded in 1907 by artists such as Károly Ferenczy , Valér Ferenczy , Béla Iványi-Grünwald and István Réti . In January 1908 the first exhibition took place, shown in the National Salon Budapest (Nemzeti Szalon) . The second exhibition of the salon opened on January 14, 1909, also in the Hungarian capital. Since this show the association has exhibited in Cluj-Napoca , Oradea and Arad . The last exhibition was opened in 1910.
