MN8 was a British boy band that had several chart hits from 1995 to 1996 . The debut single I've Got a Little Something for You reached number 2 on the British charts , making it the band's greatest success .

Band history

MN8 was founded in 1995. The act consisted of four young men between the ages of 18 and 21 who, with their music, whose pop sound was influenced by R&B and soul , and the choreographies , primarily appealed to a young target group . The very first single I've Got a Little Something for You rose to number two in the British charts in the spring of 1995, number ten in the Swiss charts and number 30 in Germany .

The follow-up single If You Only Let Me In made it into the Top 10 of the British and the Top 100 of the German charts a few weeks later. In the same year Happy , which was number 8 in the UK, and Baby It's You , which still reached a top 30 position there, were successful releases of the debut album To the Next Level .

The second MN8 album was released in 1996. With the singles Pathway to the Moon (25th place), Tuff Act to Follow (15th place) and Dreaming (21st place) the guys returned three times to their home charts. After almost 2 years, the group separated at the end of 1996.
