Macaroni Cwm is in the lower section with moss and tussock overgrown Kar on Bird Iceland off the northwestern tip of South Georgia in the South Atlantic . It is west of Cardno Point in the east of the island.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after the 1982 nesting here Macaroni Penguin ( English Macaroni penguin ).
