Machault is the name of two French municipalities:

Machault is a family name for the following people:
- Guillaume de Machaut (also Machault, * between 1300 and 1305; † 1377), French composer and poet
- Jean Baptiste de Machault d'Arnouville , General Controller of Finance from 1745 to 1754 during the reign of Louis XV.
