MACHEREY-NAGEL (MN) is a manufacturer of chemical analytical products from Düren , North Rhine-Westphalia . The company is located in the Rölsdorf district on Neumann-Neander-Straße. The street was named after Ernst Neumann-Neander , who manufactured motorcycles next to today's MACHEREY-NAGEL company building. The administration and the main warehouse are located in the halls of the former fine cloth factory Leopold Schoeller in the Valenciennes road in Düren.

Edmund Radmacher (1932–2016) handed over the management of the family business founded in 1911 to his daughter Carolin Wagner, born in 2000. Radmacher, who has been running it in the fourth generation since then.

The company manufactures products that are used for molecular biological and chemical analysis . The portfolio includes the areas of filtration , rapid tests (including medical test strips), water analysis , chromatography and bioanalysis . MACHEREY-NAGEL holds numerous patents and is internationally certified (ISO, CE, FDA). There are branches in France, Switzerland and the USA. MN products can be purchased in 150 countries.

MACHEREY-NAGEL operates its own paper mill for the production of filtration articles (over 7000 products). The company employs around 500 people in sales, production, and research and development, 10% of whom have doctorates.
