Maciej Konacki
Maciej Konacki (* 1972 in Toruń , Poland ) is a Polish astronomer , by the supposed discovery of an extrasolar planet around HD 188753 A became known. However, the discovery could not stand up to later investigations.
education
Konacki received his Master of Science Astronomy from the University of Toruń in 1996. Four years later he received his Ph. D. there as well. Since 2006 he has been Associate Professor at the Nicolaus Copernicus Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Toruń.
