Mad Jack - the stupid pirate (original title: Mad Jack the Pirate ) is an American cartoon series that was produced from 1998 to 1999.
action
The plot revolves around the misfortunes and life of the barely successful pirate Mad Jack and takes place in a flat fantasy world called Slab. His ship named "Seehühnchen" is located in the pirate nest in Grummelsdorf. Now and then he also has a crew by his side. His most loyal companion, however, is Snuk, who is naive but a loyal shipwright.
Production and publication
The series was produced in the USA from 1998 to 1999. This resulted in 13 episodes. Directed by Jeffrey de Grandis . The script was written by Bill Kopp . On July 23, 2001, Mad Jack and other works were sold by Saban Entertainment to The Walt Disney Company .
The series first aired on October 31, 1998 on Fox . The German first broadcast took place on December 29, 2000 on Super RTL . There were later broadcasts on Jetix and Premiere Austria .
