Mads Kaggestad
Mads Kaggestad (born February 22, 1977 in Ringerike ) is a former Norwegian cyclist .
As a youth driver, Mads Kaggestad was Norwegian champion in the team time trial in 1994 and 1995 , a success that he was able to repeat in the elite in 2001. In 2003 he became a professional cyclist with the French team Crédit Agricole . In 2002 he drove as an amateur for Team Krone and won the Ringerike GP in his hometown.
In 2004 Kaggestad started in the road race at the Olympic Games in Athens , but he could not finish. In the French stage race Étoile de Bessèges , he was sixth in 2006. Most recently, Kaggestad drove for the Crédit Agricole team taking part in the ProTour . He ended his career at the end of the 2007 season.
