Magallanes-Fagnano Fault
The Magallanes-Fagnano fault (also Magallanes-Fagnano fold, Spanish Falla Fagnano-Magallanes ) is a continental transform fault . The fold marks the boundary between the Scotia Plate and the South American Plate and cuts through the continental crust. It runs under the western part of the Strait of Magellan , the Almirantazgo Fjord and Lake Fagnano .
