Maidstone Manor Farm (also William R. Leigh House ) is a Historic District in Berkeley County , West Virginia .

The stylistically unusual main building for Berkeley County was built in 1848 by William Leigh on an almost square base. A portico in front of the entrance door of the two-story house is supported by two Doric columns . The pyramid roof is covered with slate. The western painter William Robinson Leigh was born in Maidstone Manor Farm in 1866 and spent the first 14 years of his life here.

On December 10, 1980, the building complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places . In addition to the main building, the barn, the smokehouse and the former slave accommodation are considered contributing property .
