Maiiaaus

Maiiaaus was a potter in Trier in the 2nd century .

Its manufacture existed between 160 and 190 AD and produced Roman terra sigillata goods that were exported far to Germania . Among other things, there is a grave find from Wildeshausen (district of Oldenburg), where the ashes of a deceased person were buried in a sigillata bowl from the Maiiaaus factory.
