The Majorat Bärsdorf was a manor in Bärsdorf-Trach in Lower Silesia .

history

The Majorat Bärsdorf comprised the manors Ober-, Mittel-, Nieder-Bärsdorf and Neu-Sorge as well as the forest district Briese in the former Goldberg-Haynau and Feldmark districts, as well as the Mittel-Rüstern forest estate in the Liegnitz district . The estate was built in 1857 by Johann von Rothkirch as a majorate . Ernst Wolfgang, Freiherr von Rothkirch and Trach later bought the monastery goods Briese and Forst Mittel-Rüstern from the proceeds of the Steudnitz manor, which had previously been sold. The building complex was previously owned by von Busewoy and later by von Wiese. The succession of the property came after the death of Leopold Graf Rothkirch, Baron von Trach in 1866, his son, the Chamberlain and Rittmeister Dorotheus Graf Rothkirch, Baron von Trach. He expanded the house and added a park in the style of the existing building to the property.
