Macaroon ("sausage potatoes") is a dish from Finnish cuisine . It traditionally consists of fried potatoes, finely chopped boiled sausages , pickled cucumbers and onions. In its widespread form as fast food , the fried potatoes are replaced by French fries and plenty of ketchup , mustard and sometimes mayonnaise on top of that.
