The Makresh Rocks (English; Bulgarian скали Макреш skali Makresch ) are a group of cliffs off the northeast coast of Robert Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They extend 1.8 km northeast of Treklyano Island in a west-southwest-east-northeast orientation over a length of 600 m and in northwest-southeastern expansion over a width of 270 m.
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in the same year after the town of Makresch in northwestern Bulgaria .
