Treklyano Island (English; Bulgarian остров Трекляно ostrow Trekljano ) is a 330 m long and 250 m wide island off the northeast coast of Robert Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is 3.8 km northwest of Kitchen Point and 6.6 km southeast of Newell Point .
Bulgarian scientists mapped them in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named them in the same year after the town of Trekljano in western Bulgaria .
