Sufism according to the teaching of the current Sufi master Hazrat Salaheddin Ali Nader Angha is a method that aims to show people the way to “discover their own reality, so that they can get to know the truth about their being and be in harmony and peace with themselves live with oneself and with others ”.

history

Maktab Tarighat Oveyssi Shahmaghsoudi - according to his own statements - reaches back via a chain of Sufi masters to the Prophet Mohammed , to Ali (the first Imam of the Shi'a) and to Uwais al-Qaranī . Uwais (Oveys), who lived in Yemen during the lifetime of the Prophet Mohammed and did not meet him, received the teachings of Islam in his heart and lived accordingly.

Shortly before his death, the Holy Prophet instructed his disciple Umar (the second caliph) and Ali to bring his cloak to Uwais. The sacred cloak was passed down through many generations and passed through it to other enlightened teachers.

The vast majority of the masters ( pir ) of the Maktab Tarighat Oveyssi Shahmaghsoudi came from Persia , where they only taught a handful of carefully selected students during their time. In the 1970s, the then Pir Molana Shahmaghsoud Sadegh Angha (41st Sufi master) decided to open the school to all those who long to learn. Teaching began in the USA under his leadership.

On September 4, 1970, Molana Salaheddin Ali Nader Angha (Prof. Nader Angha), known as Hazrat Pir, was appointed head of the school by Molana Shahmaghsoud Sadegh Angha in a public ceremony. On that day, the sacred cloak of guidance was presented to him by his master Hazrat Shah Maghsoud Sadegh Angha. Pir Nader Angha continued his apprenticeship in the USA. The school grew rapidly under his guidance.
