Vatican Painter G31
As a painter of Vatican G 31 (English Painter of Vatican G 31 ), an Attic - black-figure vase painter called the first quarter of the fifth century. The painter, who is close in style to the Edinburgh painter , mainly painted small neck amphoras , including those from the so-called Bompas group . Furthermore, John D. Beazley attributed three lekythoi to him. It is named after a vase in the Vatican Museums , formerly in the Guglielmi collection.
